Moving Through Climate Anxiety: An Experiential Workshop

Virtual Event

Hosted by the Good Grief Network

Moving through climate anxiety, commonly called eco-anxiety or climate distress, is a process. Good Grief Network (GGN) will help you on your journey to move through the grief, anger, despair, anxiety, helplessness you may be feeling by connecting with others and exploring the polycrisis. By the end of our time together, we will tap into our joy and meaning. Join LaUra Schmidt, GGN founder and author of How to Live in a Chaotic Climate, for an evening of connection, insight, and healing. Bring your markers/crayons/pens, a journal, and an open mind.

Sliding Scale, $10-20, RSVP required.
