By now, most of us have heard of the UN climate change conference, often called the conference of parties. These conferences may result in treaties or other agreements regarding climate change action. The US is often at these meetings, and if the federal government enters into such an agreement, it carries the force of law. But there is so much more to these events.
Rich Quodomine was a delegate to COP26 in Glasgow, Scotland. He’ll tell us all what the conference is, what it is not, and how we can achieve real climate action at home and politically. The threat of climate change impacts business owners, workers and everyone, regardless of politics, religion, gender or minority status. And, we all can contribute to making things better for our Earth.
