Earlier this summer, Danskammer Energy withdrew its application to build a new fracked gas plant on the shore of the Hudson River, in Newburgh, NY. This victory was the result of a multi-year campaign with thousands of supporters, including many organizations, elected officials, and businesses, plus many dedicated volunteers. As we close the chapter on Danskammer and transition to Beyond Danskammer, we’ll be showcasing other campaigns being led by coalition member organizations.
