Live Indoor Series of Presentations

Hosted by the Beacon City Council

How Do I Electrify? brings awareness and education to the community of Beacon about the many benefits of home electrification. The event will include presentations from: Faith Laudano from the Mid-Hudson Regional Clean Energy Hub, on home energy assessments and weatherization incentives; Samrat Pathania, on Electric Vehicles and charging; and Thomas Wright, on his home and workplace electrification journey.

Beacon City Council Members Dan Aymar Blair and Paloma Wake will introduce the speakers, and talk about what Beacon is doing to accelerate electrification in the community. Eve Morgenstern will greet participants and talk about the Climate Reality Project, a local Chapter of which she is co-chair. Lots of time will be set aside for Q and A, a process that always yields great information and insight when it comes to home electrification. Organized by the City Council-members Dan Aymar-Blair and Paloma Wake, and community volunteers Eve Morgenstern and Thomas Wright.
